Melbourne based duo Acid Jacks is the joining of backroom mash-up maestro Bing Bong Cobra and Australian acid house icon Honeysmack: a couple of heavy bass hooligans, who for sometime have been amassing a rather impressive list of international production credits along with a heap reputable remixes. Since New York labels like Trouble & Bass Recordings and Thunder Finger were first to seize Acid Jacks' sound, the duo have gone on to garner international acclaim with their own label Idiot House and their highly creative output. Acid Jacks have worked on productions with a who's who of dance music's superstars like; MSTRKRFT, Boy 8-Bit, Goose, Peaches, Drop The Lime, The Subs, Tommie Sunshine, Crookers, Alex Gopher, Tacteel and the list goes on.

In an era when it seems like a brand new cookie-cutter new-wave electro duo emerges every other day, followed by excited press proclamations that they're the "second coming of Daft Punk", Acid Jacks are doing well to shirk the stereotype. Acid Jacks rose to dominance through the underground dance music scene but are well seated within the mutated pop area. Their production and animated DJ show prove these guys really are injecting something new and fun into dance music without the assertions. They're insufferable and outspoken, probably the reason why they are one of the most in demand DJ and production outfits regularly performing across the country - they can rock an intimate club crowd or main stage of the biggest festivals!

Actively producing tracks for and running their own label - Idiot House, their sound is championed by the biggest tastemakers on the planet. Acid Jacks tracks and remixes are regularly played by the likes of Justice, 2Many DJs, Tronik Youth, Riva Starr, Junior Sanchez, and Erol Alkan. Proving that Acid Jacks are here to destroy everything you know about dance music and replace it with their own brand of synthesized acid mutant funk!

They might be "idiots" to a certain degree, but think again as these international purveyors of bass turn everything up to "rocking".
